UK & OVERSEAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
Deliveries information
The free delivery service is for UK customers only and is for the initial delivery only. If you are ordering from outsude the UK please see below.
It is strongly suggested that you ask to have your purchased order delivered to an address where you are most likely to be during the day. In many people's cases this could be a work address or the address of a friend or family member who is more available to receive your order.
Deliveries will be carried out by a national delivery service requiring a signature (see below).
They deliver Monday - Friday (inclusive) only.
Your goods "normally" take 10-15 working days to arrive from the receipt of your order. This could take longer if your address is in more remote parts of Scotland, Ireland or Northern Ireland.
This is a signature service. In the event of you unable to take the delivery every attempt will be made to leave the goods with a neighbour and a card will be left informing you of such.
If no-one is available to sign for the delivery a card will be left instead. Please, then email us to find out when the delivery can be re-arranged. In some circumstances re-delivery can lead to an extra charge. Kiana Icons reserves the right to charge for subsequent re-deliveries as we "can be" similarly charged by the delivery company. We cannot make a subsequent delivery until payment is received. We will keep you informed as to your re-delivery by email.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES.
If you are ordering from outside the UK then please contact us asking for a quote for delivery. Please state the following in your email to us:
1. Image code and size you wish to purchase
2. The address you would like the goods to be sent to including the country and postal code.
You will then be given a quote for the overall cost of the goods + delivery charges and instructed on how to make payment.
